I saw that after eight hours in KLM’s Comfort Class you could find yourself in a very different world. A world where things we’ve taken for granted for generations suddenly turn out not to be so normal after all. I wanted to put my expertise to work, to be one of those famous drops of water in an equally famous ocean. My brothers brought me into the project in 2011, and I never suspected that it was going to be so great... for all the kids who now get lunch, for the project initiators here and in Kenya, and for me!
